Michael J. Milner, aka MJMSDiver’s scuba diving history started in 1998 with Underwater Adventure Seekers (UAS), a dive club that started in Washington, D.C., in 1959. My UAS dive instructors, Dr. Jones, Sly Smith, and Alex Colvin, are legendary in teaching the skills of scuba diving.
